help can't log in Empty

When i log in it shows me everything but then logs me off and it's a black screen no hp nothing i really want to play. can you tell me what im doing wrong btw i play on windows 7 and im useing that option to open the client it logs in 3 times on the 3rd attemp it stays on a black screen and doesn't log me out.
